A lightweight, low-conductivity insulation blanket produced by melt-spinning / blown-fiber with double-sided needling — combining fire resistance, thermal insulation, and heat preservation in one, with good flexibility and tensile strength.
Ceramic Fiber Blanket is manufactured through a high-temperature melt-spinning or blown-fiber process with double-sided needling technology. The product is white in color with uniform dimensions, and integrates fire resistance, thermal insulation, and heat preservation in a single material.
It contains no binders and maintains good flexibility and tensile strength under neutral and oxidizing atmospheres.
Excellent insulation, with conductivity as low as 0.086 W/m·K at 400°C.
Low bulk density (96–128 kg/m3) reduces structural load and simplifies installation.
Maintains performance integrity at temperatures up to 1600°C for extended periods.
Resistant to most corrosive chemicals, except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acid.
Compressive strength 0.08–0.12 MPa for durability during handling and installation.
Flexible material that can be cut, wrapped, and installed on complex surfaces.
Available in six grades to meet various temperature and application requirements. All products undergo strict quality control and testing for consistent performance.

Backup insulation and lining for furnaces, ceramic kilns, and heat treatment equipment.
Thermal insulation wrapping for high-temperature pipes, ducts, and heat exchangers.
Heat preservation for boilers, heaters, and thermal processing equipment.
Filling and sealing for furnace body expansion joints, doors, and covers.
Fire barrier and thermal insulation in building construction and industrial facilities.
Backup insulation layer behind refractory bricks and castables in furnace construction.
Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, and loose materials.
Cut the blanket to required dimensions with a sharp knife or scissors. Allow 5–10% extra for compression.
Install ceramic fiber anchors at recommended spacing (typically 300 mm centers) for secure attachment.
Install blanket layers with staggered joints. Ensure tight butting between adjacent pieces without gaps.
Apply ceramic fiber coating or facing material if required for hot-face protection.
