A water- and air-cooled furnace endoscope that sees inside high-temperature furnaces while they run — delivering real-time imaging and photo capture for operation analysis and maintenance planning, without shutting the furnace down.
The High-Temperature Endoscope is a furnace inspection instrument that allows operators to look directly inside a running furnace at temperatures up to 2000°C. A cooled probe is inserted through an inspection port, while air and water cooling protect the optics and a sapphire window transmits a clear image to a high-resolution camera.
Because inspection is performed without shutting the furnace down, plants can monitor internal condition, analyse operation, and plan maintenance with minimal disruption — saving both downtime and cost.
Engineered for extreme-temperature furnaces across steel, glass, foundry, and thermal processing.
Real-time viewing of internal furnace condition while the furnace remains in operation.
Straight-view (0°) and down-view (90°) optics to see both ahead and below the probe tip.
~20.2 MP CMOS camera delivers clear live images and high-quality photo capture for records.
Integrated cooling channels protect the probe and optics in sustained high-heat service.
A sapphire viewing window maintains clarity and durability in aggressive furnace atmospheres.
The cooled probe is introduced through a furnace inspection port or peephole.
Air and water channels keep the probe and optics within safe operating temperature.
The sapphire window and 0°/90° lens collect the internal view of the hot zone.
The high-resolution camera streams a real-time image to a monitor or capture device.
Operators photograph and record the furnace interior for inspection, analysis, and maintenance planning.

The high-temperature endoscope provides the cooled probe, optics, and imaging for visual inspection.
A high-temperature inspection system adds an internal temperature sensor to the endoscope, enabling internal-temperature monitoring with an over-temperature alarm (default alarm threshold 65°C) — useful where continuous condition monitoring and equipment protection are required.
