Product Overview

The High-Temperature Endoscope is a furnace inspection instrument that allows operators to look directly inside a running furnace at temperatures up to 2000°C. A cooled probe is inserted through an inspection port, while air and water cooling protect the optics and a sapphire window transmits a clear image to a high-resolution camera.

Because inspection is performed without shutting the furnace down, plants can monitor internal condition, analyse operation, and plan maintenance with minimal disruption — saving both downtime and cost.

Endoscope vs. Inspection System

The high-temperature endoscope provides the cooled probe, optics, and imaging for visual inspection.

A high-temperature inspection system adds an internal temperature sensor to the endoscope, enabling internal-temperature monitoring with an over-temperature alarm (default alarm threshold 65°C) — useful where continuous condition monitoring and equipment protection are required.
